Job Description:

- Makes necessary arrangements for recruitment of new and temporary staff
- Conducts on-boarding orientation to new employees including Good Manufacturing Practices and introduce
- Makes necessary arrangements for recruitment of new and temporary staff
- Conducts on-boarding orientation to new employees including Good Manufacturing Practices and introduce new staff into the company.
- Assists in development of company policies and procedures to ensure that the company follows best practice and has compliance with labor standards.
- Responsible for making monthly report, to capture important information that is align to four facets of HR
- Maintain record and confidential files
- Perform other related activities as requires by the superior from time to time

Job Specification

1.
Graduate of BSBA HRDM, Psychology

2.
With experience in Manufacturing company is an advantage

3.
Handles and or exposed in recruitment, labor, and compensation and benefits
