• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a healthcare organization.
• Proven track record in handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in Payroll and Microsoft office Software.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
