The HR Officer is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Has 5 -10 years of experience in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
*Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*Willing to work in Makati City - on site and full time
