JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree holder
? With at least 2 years of work experience Human Resource field
? With work experience in Construction Company
? Amendable to work onsite
? Amenable to attend Face to Face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To effectively process Compensation and Benefits of employees. System Based Software.
? To monitor for payroll computation system based and manual.
? To update employees' daily time record.
? To provide and prepare job offers and all the necessary documents prior to orientation and deployment of newly hired employees.
? To maintain personnel records particularly employees 201 files and manpower list.
