Hr Officer

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of job descriptions, advertising vacant positions prepared by HR Staff
• Managing the employment process.
• Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

QUALIFICATION:
• College graduate
• With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience
• Male/Female
• Know how to counsel, motivate, evaluate and handle people
• Familiar in manufacturing operation set-up
• With strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Brgy. Punta, Calamba, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
