Hr Officer

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development Management and/or related course
- Preferably with extensive background in Talent Acquisition, Engagement & HR Administration
- At least 3 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City beside Pacific Mall

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
- **recruitment, talent attracting and requisition
- **Talent Integration-** onboarding and Values, Vision, Mission and Culture Alignment
- **Talent Development
- **employee skill and competency enhancement initiatives
- **Talent Engagement
- **deployment of org wide initiatives

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
