The company is currently a team of 12 but would like to hire 8-10 more employees next year. With this projected growth, our client would like to have a formal HR function led by this HR Officer. They expect this role to be instrumental in defining departments and roles within the company and help refine existing HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry (highly preferred), and will play a key role in refining and enhancing existing HR processes. This role requires someone who can oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: ? HR Process Improvement: Review, refine, and implement existing HR processes, policies, and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure operational efficiency.
? Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring an excellent candidate and employee experience.
? Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and manage conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner. Foster a positive work environment.
? Performance Management: Administer the performance appraisal process, facilitate regular feedback sessions, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
? Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
? Training and Development: Support the implementation of training and development programs that address the professional growth needs of employees and align with business objectives.
? Compliance and Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including government reporting and requirements.
Requirements ? Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of generalist HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred. ? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees and leadership effectively.
? Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
? Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing HR-related challenges and finding practical solutions.
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
