Hr Officer - Fulltime - Sampaloc Manila - Urgent

Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Officer or Senior Supervisory role. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing labor cases, conducting disciplinary conferences, and overseeing manpower recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle labor cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct and manage disciplinary conferences and resolve employee issues.
Oversee and execute manpower recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Officer or Senior Supervisory position.
Strong knowledge and experience in handling labor cases, disciplinary actions, and recruitment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements:
Open to both male and female candidates.
Proximity to Sampaloc, Manila, or ease of transportation to the office.
