Responsible for the implementation of organization development initiatives.
Executes training development programs to enable organizational effectiveness and culture building.
Facilitates the performance management for the Conti's Store Business Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
- Training / Knowledge / Certification: Organization Development Certificate is an advantage, Knowledge on Learning and Development process, tools and techniques, Knowledge on Organizational Development.
