We are seeking a skilled and passionate HR Officer to join our team at the head office of WalterMart in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branding initiatives related to social media, developing partnerships and linkages, and conducting data analysis to provide valuable insights using HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement branding strategies in partnership with our Marketing Department across social media platforms to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, universities, and industry leaders to support recruitment efforts and promote employer branding.Utilize HR analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.Generate reports and presentations that communicate key HR metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize HR processes and policies based on data-driven insights.Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in branding, partnerships, and HR analytics to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in branding, social media management, partnerships, and data analysis within an HR function.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in HR analytics software and tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
