The Research Analyst shall be expected to provide support for his/her own department in achieving set objectives for the team. He/She shall also be responsible for providing assistance in the management and coordination of internal and external research projects of PRIME.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct market studies and feasibility studies for company clients.Conduct on-site inspections of properties to evaluate their condition, structure, and features through oculars and vicinity scouting/mapping.Research and analyze comparable sales, market trends, and economic factors affecting property values.Responsible for the collection, maintenance, update, and preparation of data needed for writing statistical reports and real estate publications.Assist in the conduct extensive economic, demographic and real estate research.Analyze, prepare and present the results of the study to the management and various clientsGather economic and real estate data in an organized and timely fashionConduct data gathering from various sources, data processing, and analysis, financial analysis, report writing and presentation.Responds to all internal and external client demands for data and information on the market in a timely and precise manner.Supports leasing associates by providing markets analysis, statistics, and research.Perform research on market trends across the various commercial and residential real estate property segments.Compose well-written, analytical reports by integrating information from a variety of sources and drawing conclusions about the subject's current and future performance.Work closely with the Brokerage, Marketing and Business Development team to enhance company presentations, possible new service pitches and act as these teams' value-add member.Keep updated on the latest real estate trendsPerform related work as required.
