Job Description:
- Ensure employees' compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to contents of the company's employee manual
- Conduct case investigations; prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, employee contract extensions, end of contract notice, termination, regularization, and suspension letters.
- Responsible for the follow-through of issuance of confirmation letters and probation extension letters.
- Develop and update a systemized tracker for Administrative Hearing, Attrition, Separated Employees, and other required reports
- Case management of people-related issues such as: disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Conduct Admin Hearings, Exit Interviews, and Exit Interview Analysis.
- Plan and prepare company-related events and activities.
- Attend Focused Group Discussions once a month
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
- Must be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist specializing in Labor Relations for a minimum of 1 year
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Code and has adept knowledge and experience in handling Labor Cases
- Must have had experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
- Must have Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
- Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
- Must be willing to work in Marikina City
- Available to start ASAP
