Hr - Merchandising Coordinator

We are looking for Merchandising coordinator who is willing to work as an HR Field Recruiter/HR Coordinator who will handle the company's manpower requirements in South Luzon.
HR Coordinator's responsibilities include the following:

- Do flyering at the malls, stand alone supermarkets, drugstores, appliance and mobile phone stores, targeting the merchandisers, promoters and push girls
- Process the renewal of PESO registration, and attend to their initiated job fairs
- Register and develop working relationships within colleges, associations, municipal offices, DOLE and barangays to aid in recruiting
- Create contacts within the industry.
- Conducts interviews/screening of applicants in the area

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With at least 2 years experience as merchandising coordinator
- At least college level or 4 year course graduate of any course
- Computer literate, especially on MS Excel
- With or without motorcycle

**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
