Hr Manager - Wfh

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 years or more proven experience as an HR Manager or any similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, SAP, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities.
• Work with the HR team to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Govern performance management review on the associates periodically.
• Track the completion and implementation of career development plan (CDP)
• Create training modules based on the training needs of the associates.
• Conducts in-house training based on the identified needs of the company.
• Proactively seek opportunities to engage by doing periodic "kamustahan" sessions with disengaged associates.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations Create insights and recommendations from generated people analytics.
