Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set Up: Work on Site

Job Responsibilities:
Managing the HR Department
Attract, retain, and develop new employees.
Investigate and provide recommendations/resolution of employee relations issues
Implement system and drive continuous improvements with HR processes, procedures, and policies
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations
Administer HR transactions.
Administer salary administration program
Conduct exit interviews

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
