Hr Manager - Quezon City

- Preferably willing to START ASAP- Amenable to report to QUEZON CITY- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources-related course/s- Must have knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits, organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety and trainingMust be able to:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations- Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization- Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety- Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staff- Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
