Manage HR Leadership and Strategies for a fast-growing American start-up

Fresh Prints is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel brands in the US.
We have grown at an incredible pace of 60%+ over the last decade.
Our people are a critical factor in helping us achieve this growth.
We are on the lookout for an HR leader who will continue to help us strengthen our people practices, help us maintain compliant HR processes, and will shape our talent recruitment strategy to further fuel our growth.
The role holder will be responsible for our operations in the Philippines for the entire gamut of HR practices, fuel the growth, and build Fresh Prints into the powerful business unit that it should be.

Essential Requirements
A total of 5 - 8 years of HR experience of which at least 3 years of experience in working for a hyper-growth startup
Prior experience in building teams in a company including hiring for both high-volume operational roles and niche technical skills
Prior experience in evaluating and deploying talent sourcing funnels is required
Extensive knowledge of the Philippines Labour Laws and Regulations
Experience with HRMS (Bamboo-HR) and Applicant Tracker Systems
Experience in managing a team is a great advantage

**Responsibilities**:
Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the organization's strategic thinking and direction
Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures and communicate them to the management
Manage recruitment activities for the Philippines-related openings/positions at Fresh Prints by collaborating with the department managers
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment KPI Metrics

Working Hours
