Role Summary
The Philippines HR team is searching for our next HR Manager! This position emphasizes both HR operations and business partnerships. If you want to be involved in multiple areas of HR and thrive in evolving and dynamic environments, we want to meet you!The HR Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources (Philippines) and provides operational human resources support to managers and employees in the assigned country. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal client support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvements. The HR Manager has a pulse on the local business culture and workplace climate and is well-positioned to effectively execute HR plans, processes, practices, and procedures. What You Will Do Collaborating with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide proactive HR support. Developing, implementing, and maintaining regional HR programs in compliance with employment laws and regulations. Serving as a key contact for HR-related inquiries and representing the HR team to our employees. Partnering with the global HR team, including HR Centers of Excellence, to implement and support company-wide programs and initiatives. Managing confidential and sensitive employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations. Driving continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in HR operations. Supporting the rollout of global programs and initiatives. Participating in the development of HR programs to support ongoing growth and capability. Managing the annual salary review process across business units, including grading reviews and promotions, remuneration panels, recommendations, and outcome analysis in line with the agreed global process and framework. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment and onboarding process for new hires. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR business partnering and HR operations, preferably in the high-tech sector. Prior experience working in a matrix organization. A 'people' person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and a strong sense of responsibility. Strong knowledge of HR practices, local employment legislation, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
