Hr Manager - Makati Hybrid - Up To 100K

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated andexperienced Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in recruitment HR management andtalent development. This role is crucial in supporting our missionto attract retain and develop top talent within FL and ourportfolio companies.
KeyResponsibilities: Recruitment &Hiring: Develop andimplement effective recruitment strategies to attract toptalent. Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess including job postings candidate screening interviewing andselection. Collaborate with department headsto understand hiring needs and requirements.HR Management: Handle daytoday HR matters including employeerelations benefits administration and compliance with labor lawsand regulations. Maintain accurate anduptodate employee records and HR databases.Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smoothtransition into the company.Talent Development: Design and implement training programs toupskill and develop team members. Identifylearning and development needs through job analysis appraisalschemes and regular consultation with businessmanagers. Monitor and evaluate trainingprogram effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report onthem. EmployeeEngagement: Foster apositive and inclusive workplace culture.Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance jobsatisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field. Provenexperience in HR management recruitment and talent developmentpreferably in the learning and talent developmentdepartment. Strong understanding of HRpractices and labor laws. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion. Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.RemoteWork : No
