Or respective client is looking for a HR Manager who is adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation. This role will be directly reporting to the Country Manager with hybrid work set-up in Taguig City.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Attract top-tier talent to fill open positions. Supervise performance reviews and salary adjustments. Ensure the company handbook is regularly updated and standardized. Develop clear policies to enhance employee understanding and transparency. Deliver thorough training, coaching, and ongoing support. Utilize effective mediation strategies for conflict resolution. Coordinate attendance, payroll, and relevant reporting. Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations as needed. Provide leadership and motivation to the HR team to meet organizational objectives. Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Job Requirements: At least 5 years experience in managerial level. Must be adeptly experienced with payroll, labour relations and taxation. Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility. Can work independently. Must have excellent communication skills.
