Hr Manager

Effective Manpower Planning & Placement (recruitment).
- Responsible for strategic and operational management Compensation Administration.
- Responsible for strategic and operational management of HR Systems (i.e.
TK/PMS/HRIS).
- Effectively and Efficiently Managing Benefits Administrations.
- Responsible in managing Organizational Development that includes Training & Development.
- Ensures effective management of Employee Relations.
Minimum Education
- Preferably BS Industrial Psychology, HRM or related course.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5-year experience.

**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
