The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction / real estate industry to effectively manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and training programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Admin related responsibilities
• Organizing company events, including meetings, conferences, and employee gatherings.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as maybe assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology , Business Administration or any behavioral related course.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably with at least 5 years in the construction or real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives & HR best practices
• Proficient in relevant hiring platforms. People oriented and results driven. Professional HR certification an advantage
