HR MANAGER – with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits,
organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations,
safety and training.
? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
? Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations
? Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
? Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
? Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staff
? Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
