HR MANAGER – with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits,organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations,safety and training.? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy? Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations? Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization? Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety? Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staff? Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
