organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations,
safety and training.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulationsPlan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organizationOversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safetyConsult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staffHandle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
