Hr Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Conduct investigations and address workplace issues.
