Hr Manager

**Job Objective**:
Under general direction, leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and on-going development of superior workforce

**Qualifications**:

- College Graduate (Preferably specialize courses
- Psychology, Industrial Relations)
- At least 5-7 years of related work experience, two years of which has been in managerial capacity
- Work Experience in a bank or financing industry is a plus

**Salary**: From Php40,000.00 per month
