Filinvest Hotel: Grafik Pine House Baguio Job Summary The HR Manager at Grafik Pine House Baguio, managed by Chroma Hospitality Inc. a Filinvest Company, is responsible for leading the Human Resources function to support the hotels operational and strategic goals. This role includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. The HR Manager serves as a key partner to the management team, fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR initiatives with the overall mission of the property. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Retention:Oversee the recruitment process to attract and select top talent for the property.Develop strategies to retain employees and reduce turnover.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.Training and Development:Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.Performance Management:Manage the performance appraisal process and support department heads in goal setting and evaluations.Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve performance and career growth.Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and corporate HR policies.Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.HR Administration:Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.Workplace Culture and Engagement:Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
