Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology or a related field and with MBA major in Human Resource Management.
2. 3-5 years experience as HS Officer of similar HR role with knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, job evaluation, training and development. with excellent knowledge on labor laws.
3. With good communication and interpersonal skillse.
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Preferably with MBA or a CHRP
