JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other relevant degreeStrong executive presenceExcellent in written and verbal communicationHigh integrity and ability to build trusting relationshipWith at least 3-5 years of work related experience RESPONSIBILITIES: Comply with legal and social obligationEnhance employee's productivity and quality by promoting individual growth and development.Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
SALARY RANGE: 50k – 60k
