As HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR operations, ensuring a streamlined and effective HR management system that supports our dynamic hospitality team's growth and well-being. This role requires a dedicated individual who can oversee the complete spectrum of human resources activities.
The Role Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess their well-being and address any issues or challenges promptly. Efficiently coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents, schedules, and initial communications are handled seamlessly. Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, processing PTO and overtime requests, and resolving any payroll disputes. Lead investigations into any incidents, creating detailed reports and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. Monitor and manage employee attendance, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns. Maintain impeccable records and communication flows, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and handling document requests. Kindly apply here also:

Ideal Profile Strong experience in HR management, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and operational proficiency in HR tasks. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a history of preventing issues before they arise and seamlessly managing multiple priorities.
