Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations.
Establish and oversee a performance management system that aligns individual performance with organizational goals and objectives. Must Have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on organizational development.
Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.
Experience developing and implementing talent management programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management processes . Nice to have Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or organizational development (e.g., OD Certification) What's great in the job?
