Hr Manager

HR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
Work in all areas of Human Resource such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations and grievances

Oversee and manage performance appraisal and wage review

Lead a team of admin, accounting, and hr staff

Oversee and maintain company government business compliances

Carry out administrative and business related tasks with Third-Party service contractors

Create manuals and guidelines to promote work efficiency

Assist the management team as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent

Working experience as a Human Resource Manager:
5 or more years

Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Sprout, Quickbooks, and other HRIS)

In-depth

knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practicesExceptional communication and language skill to work with English

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Can relate to a start-up business environment

Experience in Admin and Accounting is a plus

Monthly Salary:
35,000-45,000 PHP

Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10:
00 AM - 7:
00 PM (Lunch break 2-3 PM?

Office commute in Ayala Business Park, Cebu City
