Job Overview TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
What your background should look like: This position provides HR consultative advice to managers and employees who employed under Makati Entity, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, guidelines, goals and objectives. This position should be able to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global mobility team and vendor partners and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to implement in-country need for expatriate employment. Provide HR support to various teams. Administer and monitor performance requirements/metrics in accordance with set policies and standards. Provide general supervision and necessary guidance to payroll activities; review and authorize payroll, requires familiarization of local payroll practices. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws and regulations, including advisories issued by the Department of Labor and Employment. Administer HR processes under the supervision of various HR COEs. Help execute HR plans and requirements for restructuring, mergers and divestitures, insourcing and outsourcing under the supervision of SEA or global leadership. Support people development activities in country. Identify and report opportunities for process improvements and run projects as directed by SEA or global leadership. Manage and establish relationships with external organizations including government agencies, training consultants and professional associations. Professional Experience / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or above, or equivalent 5-10 years of progressive experience or management role. Prior experience in managing 1-2 member team Ability to identify and make deviations from traditional approaches to enhance existing processes, while ensuring compliance with TE values and policies and local laws and regulations. Ability to assess risks and ensure compliance across areas of accountability. Knowledge of local laws and regulations and updated with local market trends and best practices. Possess good communication skills (oral and written) with ability to present confidently in front of management. Competencies
