Recruitment and Onboarding:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns.- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.- Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of allemployees.Performance Management:- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans.- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.Compensation and Benefits:- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits programs.Compliance and Policy Management:- Ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant and up-to-date.Strategic HR Planning:- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned withbusiness goals.- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
