Hr Manager

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all
employees.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits programs.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant and up-to-date.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with
business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
