The Role Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and effective HR service delivery. Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating disputes and fostering a positive workplace culture. Implement performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives for staff. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements. Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet best practices. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies. Promote initiatives that support diversity and inclusion within the workforce.Ideal Profile You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.
