Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives for staff. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements. Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet best practices. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
