HR Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including hiring, training employee development, and compliance. This role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops a talented workforce while fostering a positive workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
