Hr Manager / Hr Business Partner - Maritime Industry

Our client, a local shipping/maritime company operating within the Philippines is in need of an HR Business Partner (HR Manager) with the following qualifications:- Must have worked either with a maritime/shipping, construction, logistics or manufacturing company- An HR generalist, knowledgeable in all HR functions but more stronger in employee/labor relations and HR business partnering in a MANAGERIAL/leadership capacity- Knowledgeable in people analytics, preferred to have worked with a unionized company- Willing to work onsite in Manila - port area from Mondays to Fridays- Preference will be given to those who can start immediately
