·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
·Knowledgeable in Recruitment, Onboarding, Probationary, Regularity, Promotion, Resignation, Incident / Violation, Attendance Monitoring
·Experience in Recruitment Interview, Probationary Interview, Regularity Interview, Promotion Interview, Resignation Interview, Incident / Violation Interview
·At least 5 years of HR Supervisor experience or above, preferably within a travel agency/BPO company
·Experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates
·Handle at least 200 company employees
·Must have expertise and in-depth knowledge in all facets of Human Resources
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·Computer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
·Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)
·Willing to work onsite - Makati City
·Proficient in the English language
Job Description:
Over all in charge in developing and managing the company's HR strategies, policies and programs
·Provide strategic HR insights and manage the HR Department effectively.
·Oversees all areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management, Safety and Health, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Administrative Services.
·Manage and support all internal and external HR-related concerns, inquiries or requests
·Perform end-to-end recruitment process, includes providing HR support in recruitment activities and training
·Generate reports on general HR activities and maintain databases of various employee information
·Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
·Coordinate and foster strong rapport across different departments and with employees at all levels of the organization
·Employment/transfer/retirement related (employment contract, contract update/destroy, etc.)
·HR system (evaluation, salary increase/promotion/reward system, etc.)
·Labor - related response (welfare, salary, social insurance, etc.)
·Employee - related (employment rules maintenance, attendance management, violation/disciplinary action, mediation, etc.)
·Occupational safety and health management/internal environment development
·Improvement and maintenance of customer/employee engagement
·Goal setting
·Business progress management/monitoring/report
