Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and other related fieldsMinimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.With at least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on HR administration and management.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Odoo software is a plus Key Responsibilities:
? Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract
top talent; manage the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
? Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee
concerns and mediating conflicts; implement employee engagement initiatives.
? Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems;
provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
? Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures; ensure
compliance with labor laws and regulations.
? Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional
development programs; promote a culture of continuous learning.
? Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the
workplace; develop programs that enhance awareness and encourage a culture of
respect and equity.
? Team Building: Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships
among employees; encourage collaboration and a sense of community within teams.
? Conflict Resolution: Provide mediation and conflict resolution support to managers and
employees; develop strategies to address and resolve workplace issues effectively.
? HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS; ensure accurate and timely
administration of employee records and all employment contracts.
? Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business
objectives; participate in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
? Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making
and improve HR processes; analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results
to drive improvements.
? HR target achievement: goal setting according to the organization's strategy and
priorities and deliver expected results through effectively supervising and managing
entire HR group operations.
