In-charge of handling the training cycle management such as needs analysis, instructional design, training delivery and evaluation Facilitates the Onboarding program of the branch; New Hires Orientation Program, new hires' training requirements, etc. Facilitates/organize ladderrized program management which involves technical, soft skills, regulatory, and external training programs Handles vendor management for both learning and development and employee relations Manages training database and management reporting Handles the HRIS elearning module/digital learning In-charge of training and engagement-related administration and management of corporate events In-charge of culture-building, VMW, planning sessions, teambuilding, business briefings/townhalls, etc. Creation and management of Line Trainers and Enagagement champions and other organized groups In-charge of handling employee engagement/satisfaction online survey administration, action planning, and implementation Preparation of training and engagement budget ad expense management Handles projects ad events management Preparation of HRunication manterials for email broadcast, posters, and materials needed for training/enagagement *Salary currency is Philippine Peso (PHP)
