Responsibilities: • Overseeing training programs• Provide professional development initiatives within the organization• Design, implement, and manage learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.Qualifications:• Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related field• Strong Instructional design skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.• Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation.• Certification in training and development (e.g CPL, etc) at least 5yrs experience with the same related field and 2yrs supervisory roleIndustry Type: IT BPO CompanySalary Offer: 25K-35KLocation: E.
