Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with service line managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify top talent. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and systems. Provide guidance to directors on performance feedback, coaching, and improvement plans. Assist in creating career development plans for employees. Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction. Conduct surveys, analyze results, and create action plans to address employee feedback. Promote a positive company culture through events, recognition programs, and communication. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Collaborate with legal teams to address and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Identify training and development needs, both at an individual and organizational level. Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Advantageous but not required: HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus. People management experience is advantageous. Experience working in an ISO-accredited company is advantageous. Job type: Permanent
