JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete a variety of tasks in an organized and adaptable manner knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE rules, etc.
Can work independently, understanding when to escalate issues.
Strong leadership skills
High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
Analytical, results oriented, and with high integrity
