Hr Labor Relation Supervisor - Pasig

Intake: Identify the business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.
Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing advice and guidance to management and staff in resolving work-related problems. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with employees throughout the company
Handle a full spectrum of employee-related activities including employee complaints and concerns, questions, employee satisfaction and workplace issues through investigations, advice, recommendation and coaching
Maintains integrity of Human Resources policies, programs and procedures. Assists management and employees with questions or problems related to policies programs, and procedures, in the development of policies and procedures
Responsible for maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations between management and union
Provides day to day consulting mediation, facilitation, and guidance regarding bargaining unit and non-unit bargaining employment issues including but not limited to discipline, grievance resolution and other labor/employee relations functions.
Provides consulting services to all organizational levels on labor and employee relations issues.
Consults with administration and legal counsel and when appropriate on matters related to equitable treatment of employees and to minimize liability and litigation
Coordinates layoffs, or other reduction of force plans; ensure involved parties receive appropriate guidance, support and information
