Job Description

Event Support: Help plan, organize, and run company events and activities.Work with the HR team to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful.Assist with logistics for events, like booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors.Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties like data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.Help prepare HR-related documents and reports.Document Management System: Archiving of documentWatermarking of newly registered documentsReview of aging itemsSupport in system closure of findings Support in preparation of 3rd party audit
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related courseOnboarding Requirements: Officially enrolled in a universityAt least on its penultimate yearEnrolled in an internship subjectWith good scholastic records duly endorsed by the schoolAble to pass the pre-internship requirements ( Institutional & Student MOA)

Required hours: 240 or up
