About The Job Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner Manager, the HR Intern will be assisting the HR team for the compliance, efficiency and excellence of our Employee Experiences in our growing Philippines office (Manila). You will champion our Group's corporate culture through the daily execution of our people processes. As the advocate of our group HR initiatives in one of the most populous locations, you will enjoy the benefits and satisfaction of seeing an organization through its growth and evolution. The HR Intern Will Be Responsible For Be accountable for the compliance, timeliness and efficiency of our people processes throughout the entire employee journey Pre-onboarding Onboarding Employee 201 File Management Offboarding Deliver brilliant employee experience, either driven by local or regional HR initiatives: Engagement activities Employer brand merchandises Office space optimization and planning Office Move and administrative support
