Hr Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.
HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
- Job Posting
- Conducts Phone Interview
- Set an Interview with the Department Lead/s
- Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead
- Orient new onboards
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Monitor and Update KPI Reports
- Compile Confidential Documents

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in BS in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills

**Job Type**: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3-5 months

**Salary**: Php2,000.00 - Php5,000.00 per month
